Please beware of invitations for publishing from journals not related to the conference! Official invitation will be distributed only from the sdewes conference email, and will have a conference header and an option to accept or decline the invitation.

Using the Website http://ohrid2014.sdewes.org can be used at no charge, and under these terms and conditions. Using http://ohrid2014.sdewes.org website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The supplier of the services is SDEWES Zagreb, Ivana Lucica 5, 10000 Zagreb. SDEWES Zagreb through its online store to purchase merchandise assortment that is in his bid to Internet commerce (hereinafter referred to as a web shop). Payer is any person who orders the service electronically, fill in the requested information and sends the order to SDEWES Zagreb. Invoice will state amounts in both Croatian Kunas and Euros. Invoices are issued after received payment and also serve as proof of payment. Proforma Invoice can be downloaded from your 1st SEE SDEWES Conference account.
Payer agrees to pay the services ordered with one of the following payment methods:
- Payments on bank account of SDEWES Zagreb (OREVO Zagreb)
- Credit Card
Bank tranfer fees in are payers responsibility. If by any chance we receive less than stated on Invoice, the balance will have to be settled on the Conference site in cash. You will then receive additional Invoice for the paid balance.
After logging into your 1st SEE SDEWES Conference account at left side you will see a 'Fee management' link. Please select your payment method.
If you choose credit card payment method and you have problems with payment, please try again or with different credit card. Also you can write to payment@sdewes.org to receive the info why your card was rejected. If you experience problems with the website please contact our Technical Department.
For both payment methods, after we receive your payment, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation.
Cancellations must be received in writing before June 1, 2014 in order to obtain a refund minus a €100 administrative charge. From June 1, 2014 refunds are not available.
For a buyer to register on http://ohrid2014.sdewes.org must have at least 18 years. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data entered at registration. Should there be any changes to the data you entered during registration, you must immediately update your account to ensure the accuracy of your Invoice.
When registering on http://ohrid2014.sdewes.org you will receive username and password that you should keep to yourself and not share with others. You are responsible for all actions and payments that were made under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you must inform us about it.
Services offered by SDEWES Zagreb does not include costs borne by using computer equipment and services to access our site. SDEWES Zagreb is not responsible for the cost of your phone, Internet or any other costs incurred.
Access to http://ohrid2014.sdewes.org can sometimes be difficult because of work or server maintenance company that provides services to the Web site.
If you do not agree with these terms of use and do not want to accept them, please do not use a webshop or do not make bank tranfer payments.
